Introduction

Why wait for the end of the season to manage your favorite team in 2017? With Digital Diamond Baseball you can jump right in as the season unfolds! You can start the replay whenever you like and complete it at your own pace.

Instructions

Get started with your 2017 season replay by following these simple steps:

1. Install the 2017RT library directly from within Digital Diamond Baseball. This will establish the library so that future updates can be made. (A big thanks for George Curcio for putting this library together!)
2. Regenerate all of the team profiles except for the teams you want to personally manage. For those teams you may want to build the profiles by hand.
3. Play all of the games for the next two-week period. For example, the first time you do this you will play all of the games through 4/16.
4. Download the appropriate stat pack as it becomes available. For example, after you play the first two weeks you will download Stat Pack #1.
5. Unzip the stat pack into your DigitalDiamondDataFilesV6\Import\PlayerStats folder, and then import the statistics into your library using the Real-Time Stats Import method (see the video below for details). Back up your library before the import so if you make a mistake you can restore it!
6. Repeat steps 2-5 until the season is over. Don't worry if you fall behind. You can replay the 2017 season at your own pace.

Stat Packs

Remember to backup your library before you install a stat pack just in case you make a mistake during the import and to regenerate the team profiles after you install a new stat pack.

• Stat Pack #1: After you have played all the games through 4/16, download this stat pack and update the library. Then play the games from 4/17 through 4/30.
• Stat Pack #2: After you have played all the games through 4/30, download this stat pack and update the library. Then play the games from 5/1 through 5/14.
• Stat Pack #3: After you have played all the games through 5/14, download this stat pack and update the library. Then play the games from 5/15 through 5/28.
• Stat Pack #4: After you have played all the games through 5/28, download this stat pack and update the library. Then play the games from 5/29 through through 6/11.
• Stat Pack #5: After you have played all the games through 6/11, download this stat pack and update the library. Then play the games from 6/12 through through 6/25.
• Stat Pack #6: After you have played all the games through 6/25, download this stat pack and update the library. Then play the games from 6/26 through through 7/9.
• Stat Pack #7: After you have played all the games through 7/9, download this stat pack and update the library. Then play the games from 7/10 through through 7/23.
• Stat Pack #8: After you have played all the games through 7/23, download this stat pack and update the library. Then play the games from 7/24 through through 8/6.
• Stat Pack #9: After you have played all the games through 8/6, download this stat pack and update the library. Then play the games from 8/7 through through 8/20.
• Stat Pack #10: After you have played all the games through 8/20, download this stat pack and update the library. Then play the games from 8/21 through through 9/3.
• Stat Pack #11: After you have played all the games through 9/3, download this stat pack and update the library. Then play the games from 9/4 through through 9/17.
• Stat Pack #12: After you have played all the games through 9/17, download this stat pack and update the library. Then play the games through the end of the season.
