Replay the 2014 Season as it Unfolds

This page contains all the files you will need to replay the 2014 season as it unfolds. Specifically, you will be able to complete a week of games after they have been completed in real life. Each weekly replay will be based on updated cumulative real-life player statstics that will be made available on this page.

Getting Started

All you have to do to get started is to download the following library and restore it using the "Library->Restore A Library" menu item:

Start With This Library

After downloading and installing this library, you will be all set to play the first week of the MLB season (games from 3/21 through 4/6). You can choose to manually play as many games as you wish, and fast play the rest.

Once you have played the games from opening day (3/21) through 4/6, you will be ready to update the library with the stats for the following week (4/7 through 4/13) using the update files posted below. NOTE: importing these stats requires version 4.0.2 of Digital Diamond Baseball.

Week File Description

Stats Update For 4/7 - 4/13 Download Contains cumulative stats from opening day through the games on Sunday 4/13. You should download and import these stats after you have simulated all games prior to 4/7. After you have imported these stats you are ready to play the games from 4/7 through 4/13.

Stats Update For 4/14 - 4/20 Download Contains cumulative stats from opening day through the games on Sunday 4/20. You should download and import these stats after you have simulated all games prior to 4/14. After you have imported these stats you are ready to play the games from 4/14 through 4/20.

Stats Update For 4/21 - 4/27 Download
Contains cumulative stats from opening day through the games on Sunday 4/27. You should download and import these stats after you have simulated all games prior to 4/21. After you have imported these stats you are ready to play the games from 4/21 through 4/27.

NOTE: Baseball Reference renamed Norichika Aoki to Nori Aoki. As a result, your library probably has two records for this player. You should delete Norichika Aoki from your library either before or after you execute this import.

Stats Update For 4/28 - 5/4 Download
Contains cumulative stats from opening day through the games on Sunday 5/4. You should download and import these stats after you have simulated all games prior to 4/28. After you have imported these stats you are ready to play the games from 4/28 through 5/4.

NOTE: Baseball Reference renamed Michael Bolsinger to Mike Bolsinger. As a result, you should rename Michael Bolsinger to Mike Bolsinger BEFORE you execute this import.

All Star Break
We will be on vacation from 7/1 through 7/15. As a result, we will not be posting stat updates on 7/7 or 7/14. The next stat update will take place on Monday 7/21. Because of the all-star break, there will not be any baseball for four these days. Check back here on 7/21 for the next stat update!
